The ongoing private schools sports fiesta put together by Kaysports Limited, has taken a spot over at Yilo Krobo in the Eastern region.
The sports activities, highlighted the week celebrations of the Ghana National Council of Private Schools (GNACOPS),, held in the district.
It truly energized the community with students competing in various sporting disciplines including football, athletics, and traditional games that fostered teamwork, discipline, and school pride, drawing enthusiastic support from parents and residents alike.
The GNACOPS Week in Yilo Krobo was not just a celebration but a reaffirmation of the value of private education in national development. The event left a lasting impression and strengthened the sense of unity and progress among stakeholders in the district.
In a speech, CEO of Kaysports Limited, Kwame Owusu-Ameyaw stressed on the need for parents and guidance to allow their wards to participate in sports as they grow.
This, he added, will go a long way in harnessing their progress to make good career choices.
The Private Schools Sports Fiesta, is the brain child of Kaysports Limited,and, it’s being done in collaboration with GNACOPS and GlicoLife Insurance.
