Opoku Ware School (OWASS) and T. I. Amass, won the boy's and girl's titles at the just ended 2025/26 Ashanti region Schools and Colleges athletics Super Zonals.

The competition ended successfully at the Baba Yara Stadium, Kumasi with an impressive showing from athletes.

OWASS, won the boy's title with 144 points, ahead of second placed Prempeh College who had 134 points.

In third position with 71.5 points, were T. I. Amass, with Osei Kyeretwie Secondary School (OKESS), finishing fourth with 68 points.

In the girl's category, T. I. Amass dominated the field to win with 148 points to confirm their status as the best in the region.

St Louis Girls placed second with  138.5 points ahead of Yaa Asantewaa Girls who had 126 points.

In fourth position with 80 points, were Osei Kyeretwie Secondary School (OKESS).

Twenty-nine schools competed in the boys division with 23 schools participating in the girl's category.
