Hohoe United tops DOL Zone Three as they seek promotion to the Ghana Premier League for the first time

Hohoe United have opened up a four points gap at the top of Zone Three in the Access Bank Division One League (DOL) as the competition reaches the halfway mark.

The club is seeking entry to the Ghanaian top-flight for the first time in their history, and they are eager to carry this through.

Hohoe United, have 35 points from the 15 matches they have played in the 2024/25 campaign.

They lead second placed Accra Great Olympics and Port City FC by four points at the end of the first round of the campaign.

The top four in the DOL Zone Three league, is completed by Okwawu United who have 27 points.

The top six clubs on the table are separated by 10 points at the end of the first round of the campaign in this highly competitive season.

The bottom three on the table are separated by just two points as the race to avoid relegation heats up.

In the bottom three are, Akatsi All Stars who have 13 points; Kotoku Royals, 12 points with Inter Allies at the foot of the table with 11 points.

The second round of the season will begin this weekend with some interesting matches coming up in the zone.
