Reigning Ghana Premier League (GPL) champions Medeama SC will play their final outstanding game of the ongoing campaign in a home game against newly promoted Port City FC on Wednesday.
The game will be played at the TnA Stadium, Tarkwa where the Mauve and Yellow will look to record their second win of the season.
Both sides are unbeaten in the 2026-27 season which is four matches old.
Tomorrow's game will bring both Medeama SC and Port City FC level on four matches played with the rest of the competition.
Medeama SC will move to eight points if they win this fixture which was postponed from Matchday Two.
The Tarkwa-based club will move top of the stairs with a win, and, they will be favourites to collect another three points as they welcome the GPL debutants to the Western region.
Port City FC will not play with fear though as they seek to maintain their unbeaten start to their debut campaign in the Ghanaian top-flight.
They have seven points from the three matches they have played and, they will be going for a successive away win in this fixture.
Last Sunday, they defied the odds to beat former champions GoldStars at their own backyard in Bibiani, and, they will feel confident of producing another upset in this game.
A win, will move them top of the table ahead of the next round of matches this weekend.
This, should be a game to savour for fans in and around the Tarkwa-Nsuem municipality with some competitive football assured.
