Ghana Division One League (DOL), side FC AshantiGold 04 have appointed former Dreams FC and Asante Kotoko coach Abdul Karim Zito as their new helmsman for the reminder of the season.
Coach Zito, left his role as coach of Asante Kotoko earlier this month following a string of poor results.
He has now taken over at the Obuasi club as the Miners seek to gain promotion to the top-flight.
Coach Zito will oversee that responsibility with the Miners currently engaged in a hot race to secure promotion from DOL Zone Two.
Chieftains at the club will hope the former Ghana international can bring his experience to get them over the line in their promotion chase.
