Dutch authorities are seeking €8M from former international Quincy Promes, alleging the money was earned through drug trafficking.
Promes allegedly claimed he could make between €29,000 and €33,000 per block of cocaine, with around 650 blocks reportedly trafficked.
The former Netherlands international is currently being held in custody in the Netherlands.
He has previously been handed a six-year prison sentence for his role in the trafficking of more than 1,350kg of cocaine.
Promes also received an additional 18-month sentence for stabbing his cousin at a family gathering.
