Vision FC beat Berekum Chelsea 3-1 on Saturday to enhance their chances of staying up in the Ghana Premier League (GPL) for another season.
Also on Saturday, Dreams FC earned an important away draw at Samreboi playing goalless with FC Samartex at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena.
The win for Vision FC, takes their points tally to 34 after 25 matches, and they are looking good to staying up at the end of the campaign.
Ahead of Sunday's matches in the league, Vision FC are eighth on the ladder and, they could remain there if other results favours them.
Defeat for Berekum Chelsea, leaves them one point above the relegation zone, and, they could be drawn into the bottom three by the time the rest of the matches are concluded on Sunday.
Dreams FC have 31 points from the 25 matches they have played as they seek to stay out of trouble.
FC Samartex are sixth on the table with 37 points, nine points behind leaders Medeama SC who host Hohoe United at Tarkwa on Sunday.
