This followed a 1-1 draw as the Accra Sports Stadium in their second leg encounter of their final qualifying tie.
The game at the Accra Sports Stadium ended in a stalemate as was the first leg tie in Dakar last weekend that also ending 1-1.
Thus, the aggregate result remained level at 2-2, sending Saturday's contest to a dramatic penalty shootout.
Ghana's Black Maidens, kept their composure from the spot to claim a 7-6 victory, booking their place at the global tournament coming up in Morocco later this year.
The result marks another impressive achievement for Ghana's U-17 women's national team, who will represent the country on the world stage.
They will look to make a strong impact at the tournament as the play as one of Africa's representatives in the 24-nation event.
