Former Dutch international Robin van Persie has added his voice to the attacking options of Manchester United ahead of the 2026/27 football season in Europe.
The former striker had this to say on his former club.

That’s an attack with quality, pace, goals and variety.
The best part is that Michael Carrick doesn’t have to rely on the same front three every week.
He can rotate, change the profile of the attack and still put out a dangerous team capable of hurting anyone.
For the first time in a long while, Manchester United genuinely have quality depth in the final third.
Now the focus has to be the midfield and the defence.
Because if the club gets those two areas right as well, then they are good to go.
Manchester United will have a squad capable of competing with anybody.”
