Defending champions Asante Kotoko have been dumped out of the MTN FA Cup competition after losing their Round 16 tie against Aduana FC.
The Porcupines, lost 4-2 on penalties on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium, Kumasi in front of their home fans.
The game ended goalless after 90 minutes before heading to the dreaded penalty shoot out which Aduana FC duly won to advance to the next round of the campaign as they seek to win the competition for the first time.

Nations Football Club who are also looking to win it for the first time, won 2-1 over Swedru All Blacks FC at home at the Dr Kwame Kyei Sports Complex, Abrankese-Kumasi.
Medeama SC beat FC Samartex 4-2 on penalties after their game ended goalless after 90 minutes on Saturday.
Dreams Football Club won 4-2 against Inter Allies FC with Heart of Lions winning 3-2 over True Life FC.
Techiman Liberty Youth FC beat Real Tamale United 3-0
with Berekum Chelsea winning 1-0 over Tamale City FC.
In the quarter-final pairings Dreams FC will play Heart of Lions with Attram De Visser up against Medeama SC.
Aduana FC will host Techiman Liberty Youth as Nations FC plays Berekum Chelsea.
