Either Medeama SC or Bibiani Gold Stars will win the 2025/26 Ghana Premier League (GPL) title this season.
This revelation came after the Matchday 32 matches were played on Sunday.
Medeama SC leads the standing with 59 points, two points ahead of Gold Stars with two matches to end the season.
The two sides cannot be overtaken on the log by third placed Accra Hearts of Oak who have 51 points from the 32 matches they have played.
The Phobians will finish in the top three at the end of the campaign with the fourth position still up for grabs.
Medeama SC can win the title this weekend if they win their game and Gold Stars loses.
The Mauve and Yellow will be home to Heart of Lions at Tarkwa on Sunday and, they will be confirmed as champions if they win and Gold Stars losses to Dreams FC at Kasoa.
Confirmation of Medeama SC as champions, will be the second in the history of the club after their maiden triumph in the season of 2022/23.
Gold Stars won the competition last season and, are looking to win it for a second season running.
Their reign as champions, will end on Sunday if they lose to Dreams FC.
The ball is firmly in the hands of Medeama SC to win the title and, they will look to make the most of this opportunity to be crowned champions of Ghana to the end of the campaign.
