Those fixtures, would be played across all centers this weekend as the season continues unabated.
Hearts of Oak have picked up seven points from the three matches they have played with two wins and a draw.
In their opening game of the campaign, the Phobians beat Berekum Chelsea 4-0 at home and, they followed that up with a 2-1 away win over Bibiani GoldStars before drawing goalless with Bechem United in their last game in Accra on Sunday.
They top the table alongside FC Samartex who also have seven points from the two matches they have played.
The Miners beat Karela United in their opening game at home and, they posted another win in an away fixture against Aduana FC in the next game.
On Sunday, they played out a 1-1 drawn game with Asante Kotoko at home to bring their points tally to seven after three matches.
With five points on the table is Asante Kotoko who have drawn two and won one of the three matches they have played.
The Porcupines have drawn all the two matches they have played on the road against newly promoted Debibi United and FC Samartex 1996.
Kotoko's solitary win came on home soil in Kumasi when they beat Heart of Lions in their second game of the competition.
Port City FC have four points from two matches with a game in hand against Medeama SC later.
