Medeama SC are on the threshold of making history in Ghana football this season in both the League and Cup competitions.
The Mauve and Yellow are top of the stairs in the Ghana Premier League (GPL) and, are also through to the last four of the MTN FA Cup competition.
They lead the GPL table with 46 points after 25 matches, one point ahead of reigning champions Bibiani Gold Stars.
Medeama SC are into the last four of the knock out competition after last Sunday's 3-0 win over Attram De Visser at the quarter final stage.
Winning both competitions this season, would be a remarkable one for Medeama SC as, it would be the first time in the history of the club.
The GPL has nine more matches to go, and Medeama SC would be crowned champions if they can win all their remaining matches.
In the last four of the MTN FA Cup competition, the Tarkwa-based side will face fellow top-flight side Dreams FC for a place in the final.
As former champions of the GPL, Medeama SC will like to win it a second time, and they are in pole position, aiming to achieve that.
Pressure is however mouthing on Medeama SC from the chasing pack with Gold Stars, Aduana FC, Accra Hearts of Oak and Asante Kotoko, all aiming to pip them to the league diadem.
How they handle this pressure will go a long way in determining whether they will win the league or not.
Medeama SC are also twice winners of the FA Cup competition and, must win two matches if they are to be crowned a third time.
Winning the double is not beyond them and, it would be interesting to see how they negotiate their way through.
