Ghana Premier League (GPL), side Young Apostles FC
are unbeaten in their last nine home matches in the competition ahead of this weekend's games.
They host giants Asante Kotoko on Sunday in what promises to be a thrilling Matchday 23 encounter.
This fixture will be played at the Wenchi Sports Stadium where the Apostles will look to make the home conditions count in their favour.
Despite their good home form, Young Apostles are just two places above the relegation zone with 26 points after 22 matches.
They will look to take advantage of the current setback in the Kotoko team following their exit from the MTN FA Cup competition and last Sunday's defeat to their fierce rivals Accra Hearts of Oak on home soil.
Asante Kotoko are also not stable in the technical front with Coach Yaw Owusu in temporarily charge following the resignation of Abdul Karim Zito.
It will be interesting to see how this game plays out on Sunday with both sides needing the win to bolster confidence in their camp.
