A new boxing promotional group, Power Punch Promotions, is set to stage it’s maiden bill on Ghana’s Independence Day.
The upcoming Boxing Bill has been titled ‘Champions In The Making’ and, it would be staged in Accra on March 6, 2025.
The event will highlight WBO Africa junior welterweight champion, Faisal Abubakari, who will be challenged by Abdul Zigo.
Also on the bill will be other rising talents like Derrick ‘Show Love’ Quaye, Kevin Abraham Carter, Cann Kotey Neequaye, Mawuli Folivi and Dan Otoo among others.
The event would be staged at the Bukom Boxing Arena, Accra.
Musah Lawson will take on Alidu Sulemana in a challenging bout with Mawuli Folivi facing Kamdam Kugeue. Commonwealth bronze medalist Jessie Lartey is set to face Derek Quaye on the card.
Tickets are available at GH¢30 for the Popular Stand, GH¢50 for the Regular Stand, and GH¢100 for Ring Side.
