KGhana coach Otto Addo has named the Black Stars squad to face Chad and Mali in the 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifiers next month.
The former Ghana international, has named a 24-man list for the two games as the Black Stars look to make it to a second successive Mundial in the United States, Canada and Mexico.
The list includes three goalkeepers, eight defenders, six midfielders and seven forwards for the two games.
Forward Joseph Painstil returns to the team, whilst Derrick Kohn has received his first call-up to the senior national team of Ghana.
The Black Stars will travel to Chad on Thursday, September 4 to play the host nation before facing Mali in Accra on Monday, September 8, 2025.
Ghana leads Africa Group I qualifying with 15 points after six matches ahead of Comoros who have 12 points.
The Black Stars will all but qualify for next year’s event if they win the two matches against Chad and Mali.
