Yakubu Dogo has joined Swedish Ettan Norra league side Athletic Football Club (AFC) Eskilstuna on loan from Ghanaian third tier side MidCity FC.
The striker, scored 16 goals in 13 matches in the just ended Ashanti regional Division Two league.
His efforts, helped MidCity FC top Zone Two in the regional zonal league to gain qualification to the promotional tournament to the national Division One League.
However, Yakubu Dogo was not part of the MidCity FC squad that participated in the competition as he moved to Sweden.
The striker, will aim to continue from where he left off in Ghana hoping to take his good form to the Swedish Ettan Norra league.
AFC Eskilstuna, compete in Division One in the Swedish football pyramid as they seek to advance to the second tier league.
With the addition of Yakubu Dogo, hopes will be high of a quick turn around in the ongoing campaign.
AFC Eskilstuna, are ninth on the table with 10 points after seven matches, six points behind leaders IFK Haninge in the 16-club contest going into the next round of matches.
Yakubu Dogo will hope to be a part of the matchday squad on Sunday when AFC Eskilstuna plays their next league game.
They will be away to 13th placed Assyriska who have six points from their seven matches.
