Medeama SC jumped to the top of the stairs in the Ghana Premier League (GPL), after the weekend’s round of matches.
The Yellow and Mauves, posted an away win at the University of Ghana Stadium, Legon on Sunday.
They defeated Eleven Wonders 2-1 in the capital to take their points tally to 21 after 10 matches.
Also with 21 points from 10 games, are Heart of Lions who beat Young Apostles 2-0 at home in Kpando.
The weekend action in the GPL, produced 18 goals in the nine matches played.
Asante Kotoko remains the only undefeated side in the campaign this season after they drew 1-1 at home in Kumasi.
The Porcupines, have two games in hand as they sit in sixth position with 16 points.
Aduana FC are third on the ladder, one point behind leaders Medeama SC.
Reigning champions Bibiani Gold Stars are fourth with 19 points following their 1-0 home win over Karela United.
In fifth position on the table with 17 points, are Accra Hearts of Oak who drew goalless away to All Blacks at Swedru on Saturday.
There were important home wins for Bechem United, Dreams FC and Berekum Chelsea.
Bechem United defeated FC Samartex 2-0 at Bechem; Dreams FC beat Hohoe United 1-0 with Berekum Chelsea accounting for Nations FC 2-1 in Berekum.
In the bottom three on the table are Swedru All Blacks, Basake Holy Stars and Eleven Wonders who are yet to win a game this season.
