GPL Returns This Weekend With MD31 Fixtures As Asante Kotoko Hosts Dreams FC

The Ghana Premier League will resume with the Matchday 31 fixtures this weekend across all centers nationwide.

The 2024/25 season was put on hold to make way for the semi-final ties in the MTN FA Cup competition to be played last weekend.

This weekend, Accra Lions and Aduana FC will set the ball rolling on Saturday, with the game set to be played at the Accra Sports Stadium.

The rest of the Matchday 31 fixtures will be played on Sunday with leaders Nations FC set to play relegation strugglers Legon Cities at the University of Ghana Stadium, Legon, Accra.

Asante Kotoko will host Dreams FC at the Baba Yara Stadium, Kumasi as they seek to win the championship this season.

Accra Hearts of Oak will be on the road as they play Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park, Berekum.

Basake Holy Stars will welcome Heart of Lions to the Ampian AAK Sports Arena as they look to ease some of their relegation worries.

Karela United will also look to better their position on the table when they host Medeama SC at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium, Tamale.

Reigning champions FC Samartex 1996, will be home to Bechem United at the Nsenkyire Sports Arena, Samreboi.

Vision FC will host Young Apostles FC at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex, Tema New Town to complete the Matchday 31 fixtures.
