Ghana have been drawn in Group C for the upcoming African Youth Football Championships in Egypt after the draw was conducted in Cairo on Sunday.
The Black Satellites will face Senegal, DR Congo and the Central African Republic at the group stage of the competition.
The tournament which was originally scheduled to be played in Cote D’Ivoire, will now take place in Egypt following the withdrawal of the Ivorians from hosting the event.
It would be staged in the North African country between April 27 and May 18 with 13 nations set to participate.
In Group A, hosts Egypt, will face Zambia, Sierra Leone, South Africa and Tanzania for a place at the next stage of the competition.
Teams drawn in Group B are, Nigeria, Tunisia, Kenya and Morocco.
The four semifinalists, will qualify to represent Africa at the 2025 FIFA U-20 World Cup in Chile later this year.
Ghana, will play DR Congo in their opening group game on May 2 before playing Senegal to three days later with their final group game against the Central African Republic on May 8.
