The draw for the 2024/25 MTN FA Cup Round of 16 ties will be made at the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Secretariat in Accra on Tuesday.
The ceremony will be conducted at 11 AM GMT in the Ghanaian capital.
Eight top-flight sides and another eight from the Division One League, (DOL), have made it to this stage of the competition.
Record winners Accra Hearts of Oak have been joined by giants Asante Kotoko, Berekum Chelsea and Bechem United from the Ghana Premier League (GPL), for Tuesday’s draw in Accra.
Other GPL clubs in the draw are, Bibiani Gold Stars, Karela United, twice winners Medeama SC and Young Apostles.
Those from the DOL are Attram De Visser, Northern City, Techiman Liberty Youth and PAC Academy.
The rest are former winners FC Nania, Golden Kick FC, Sekondi Eleven Wise and True Democracy FC.
Dates and venues for the games will be announced at the ceremony that would be attended by high officials from the GFA.
Defending champions Nsoatreman FC, have been knocked out of the competition after failing to make it from the last round.
