The results of the outstanding Matchday 20 games played in the Ghana Premier League (GPL ), on Wednesday, saw wins for Bibiani Gold Stars, FC Samartex, Bechem United, Dreams FC and Aduana FC.

After these matches played, Gold Stars, moved top of the stairs with with 40 points, replacing Asante Kotoko who were the leading going into this round of matches.
Gold Stars, beat Basake Holy Stars 1-0 on the road at Ampian to underline their credentials as title contenders this season.
FC Samartex won a home game for the first time in seven matches, as they came from behind to beat Medeama SC 2-1 at Samreboi.
The defending champions, remain in eighth position with 31 points as they continue with the defence of the title they won for the first time last season.
Dreams FC, continued with the recent good form after beating Heart of Lions 2-1 at Kpando to take their points tally to 27 as they jumped further out of trouble.
Also winning on the road, were Aduana FC to beat Nations FC 1-0 at Abrankese-Kumasi. They climbing up the table with this win as they improved their points tally to 28.
Bechem United maintained their unbeaten home record with their ninth victory in 11 matches after winning by a lone goal against Accra Hearts of Oak.
The Hunters, have drawn the other two home games they have played, and have yet to concede at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park this season.
Bechem United, have 36 points, level on points with the Phobians who have now lost their last two matches.
The season continues with the Matchday 24 matches this weekend.
Asante Kotoko, drew goalless with Young Apostles FC at Wenchi and, they are one point behind leaders Bibiani Gold Stars going into this weekend’s round of matches.
