Reigning Ghana Premier League (GPL), champions Bibiani Gold Stars will play their second outstanding game on Thursday as they continue with the defence of the title they won last season.
The Miners, will host Berekum Chelsea at the Dun’s Park, Bibiani in an encounter pushed forward from Matchday Two.
The postponement, was to allow Gold Stars participate in the CAF Champions League, a competition they existed in the first round to Algerian giants JS Kabyle.
Thursday’s game, presents Gold Stars an opportunity to move up the table with a win, and, they will be strong favourites to collect the three points in front of their home fans.
The reigning champions have nine points from the five matches they have played as they trail leaders Medeama SC by four points.
Berekum Chelsea have amassed four points from five matches and are in the bottom three on the table.
With their current form, it will be difficult to see how they will go past their hosts in this Matchday Two fixture.
