Reigning Ghana Premier League (GPL), champions Bibiani Gold Stars moved fourth on the table after winning their outstanding fixture on Thursday.
The Miners, beat Berekum Chelsea 1-0 at home in this Matchday Three encounter played at the Dun’s Park, Bibiani.
Samuel Atta Kumi scored the lone goal of the encounter in the 42nd minute to hand Gold Stars their fourth win of the season.
It was his fourth goal of the season as Gold Stars took their points tally to 12, just one point behind leaders Medeama SC.
Defeat, leaves Berekum Chelsea on four points from the six matches they have played, and, they are firmly rooted in the bottom three on the table as they battle relegation.
The GPL will continue with the Matchday Seven fixtures this weekend across all top-flight centers nationwide.
