Bechem United will host Nations FC on Friday to usher in the Matchday Eight fixtures in the Ghana Premier League (GPL), as the season continues.
The game will be played at the Nana Fosu Gyeabour Park, Bechem where the home side will look to take advantage of the conditions.
Bechem United are 14th on the table with five points from the seven matches they have played, and they will be out to record their second win of the campaign.
A win for the Hunters, can see them move ninth on the table after this weekend’s round of matches if other results favours them.
Nations FC have eight points from seven matches, and in 12th position on the table.
If they win on Friday, they can finish the weekend in eighth position if results elsewhere goes in their favour.
The battle line have therefore been drawn, and an exciting contest is in store for followers of the Ghanaian game in the Ahafo region on Friday afternoon starting at 3:00 PM local time.
