Ghana Premier League (GPL), side Asante Kotoko will fight for their 10th FA Cup title when they lock horns with Access Bank Division One League (DOL), side Golden Kick SC in the grand finale on 15th June, 2025.
The Porcupines set up this tie after recording a hard-fought 1-0 win over fellow top-flight campaigners Berekum Chelsea at the TnA Stadium, Tarkwa on Sunday.
Albert Amoah, scored the lone goal to help Asante Kotoko reach the final in a very tough assignment against Berekum Chelsea.
Golden Kick SC, had earlier on Saturday, beat fellow DOL side Atrram de Visser 3-1 at the same venue to reach their maiden final.
The second tier side who earlier knocked out record winners of the competition Accra Hearts of Oak, will hope to cause another upset when they face Asante Kotoko next month.
The game will be played at the University of Ghana Stadium, Legon, Accra with huge expectations.
Asante Kotoko last played in the final of this competition in 2017 when they beat arch rivals Accra Hearts of Oak 3-1 at Tamale for their ninth trophy.
The winner of next month’s encounter, will represent Ghana in the CAF Confederation Cup competition next season.
