Asante Kotoko played out a goalless drawn game with home side Vision FC in their Matchday Seven outstanding Ghana Premier League fixture at the Nii Adjei Kraku II Sports Complex, Tema New Town on Wednesday.
The Porcupines remain unbeaten in the league this season, and do have two more games in hand as they seek to win the diadem this season.
Kotoko, have 15 points on the league table, four points behind leaders Aduana FC who have played nine matches.
In today’s fixture in the Harbour City, Kotoko failed to find a cutting edge at the back of the Vision FC defence who stood very resolute on the day.
This, has been a happy week for the Porcupines as they return to Kumasi with four points from the two matches they played in the capital.
Last Sunday, Asante Kotoko defeated their arch rivals Accra Hearts of Oak 1-0 at the Accra Sports Stadium before heading to Tema this afternoon.
The point gained, moves Vision FC’s tally to 12 from nine matches, and they sit 10th on the table.
This weekend, Vision FC will be away to Basake Holy Stars at the AAK Arena, Azulewanu.
